NARUC is pleased to announce that ACERCA (Regional Association of Central American Energy Regulators) and NARUC are pursuing an Energy Regulatory Partnership. NARUC will implement this partnership through cooperation and funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The partnership is designed as a vehicle for the exchange of experience and information between U.S. and Central American regulatory bodies with the goal of improving market-based regulatory practices and fostering long-term sustainable relationships between regulatory associations. This partnership will allow ACERCA to have broad access to the US regulatory environment.
